Lauren is a degree qualified Naturopath who is passionate about supporting optimal health and development in children. This passion developed after becoming a mother herself and seeing the need for accessible holistic options to support both mothers and their children. With a focus on investigating and addressing the root cause of health issues through thorough case taking, in-depth pathology analysis, and functional testing. Through this comprehensive information Lauren is able to form individualsed treatment plans to achieve long lasting results for her clients. Lauren understands a child’s health begins with the health of the parents and supports them through their fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Lauren uses Naturopath tools as treatment such as client education, nutrition and nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications within treatments.
